Cleats and sidewalls are designed on a conveyor belt to provide maximum product handling capacity. The cleats and sidewalls are molded to the base conveyor belts with advance technology. - Inclined conveyor systems looking to enhance carry capacity - For systems with minimum pulley diameters of 2½” – 6” (63 – 150 mm) - MECHANICAL ATTACHED CLEATS: Conveyor belts can be attached mechanically with SS/ Al/MS strips which act as cleats for better conveying operations. - V GUIDE PROFILES: These profiles help tracking the conveyor belt in the conveyor. It will be positioned either bottom center of the conveyor belt or on the either sides of the belt. The conveyor rollers will be given mating grooves so as to facilitate positive conveyor belt tracking.
