The bottom cover is of low noise impregnated Polyester Fabric Bare. Food Grade Belts (Fillers confirming to FDA) available in this range. PVC BOTTOM GRIP BELTS: For General and heavy duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single/two/three or more plies of Polyester fabric. The bottom cover is of Polyester Fabric- PVC Grip Pattern. The belt is used when there are multiple rollers in the conveyor. Food Grade Belts (Fillers confirming to FDA) available in this range. PVC DIAMOND TOP BELTS: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single or two plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be checkered pattern to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used in Bag Checking Conveyor, Treadmills etc. PVC ROUGH TOP BELTS: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with two or three plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be of super grip PVC as in the image to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used when there is elevation in conveyor from ground level. - We give site belt mounting and site joining services. Joining can be finger-spliced or using fasteners .
