We deal in nylon woven endless round and flat belts which comes from finest handlooms of Chirala. Belts are made through the art of handloom which is unique in this place. The joint of the belt would be built in the weaving itself, which makes it harder to break and hence are known as truly endless woven belts. These are used in spinning mills, textile mills, garment industry, knitting industry, woolen mills, sewing machine motors, Laser engraving machines. Cotton Twisted belts are used in Pharmaceuticals and food industries. We also deal in regular size Perlon ropes.

The power transmitting capacity of the belt is achieved by frictional grip, which is the wedge action of the belt between the pulley faces. . As the flanges of the pulley open or close, the belt will be forced either up or down in the pulley, producing a larger or smaller working pitch diameter which in turn will increase or decrease the revolutions per minute of the shaft upon which the pulley is mounted.-Range from 22mm to 75mm

Poly V is a power transmission ribbed belt. It operates from contact between the ribs of the belt and the grooves on the pulley. Its one piece structure guarantees an even distribution of tension across the width of the pulley where the belt is on contact . -Poly V Belts available in PJ, PK, PL, PM pitches. -No of ribs cut as per requirement (Depending on the groove count on the client pulley).-Standard lengths available in inches PJ (13><75), PK (26><100), PL (40><110).-Special Pitch Poly V Belt PH is available in standard lengths.
