Product details

Poly V is a power transmission ribbed belt. It operates from contact between the ribs of the belt and the grooves on the pulley. Its one piece structure guarantees an even distribution of tension across the width of the pulley where the belt is on contact . -Poly V Belts available in PJ, PK, PL, PM pitches. -No of ribs cut as per requirement (Depending on the groove count on the client pulley). -Standard lengths available in inches PJ (13><75), PK (26><100), PL (40><110). -Special Pitch Poly V Belt PH is available in standard lengths.

Our special bonding techniques ensure very high adhesion levels between cover to ply and ply to ply, achieving superior belt consolidation and higher peel resistance. Better transverse flexibility of our belts allow deeper toughing, improving volumetric transfer capacity of the conveyors and at the same time higher longitudinal flexibility allows use of smaller pulleys and reduced flex fatigue. COVER GRADES: - GENERAL PURPOSE(M24) a)Grade M24 : Used in heavy duty applications for highly abrasive materials like metallic ores, coke, stone, rocks etc. TEMPERATURE – MAXIMUM 60 degree C. b)Grade N 17 : Recommended to carry moderately abrasive materials as coal, fine ores, cement sand etc. TEMPERATURE – MAXIMUM 60 degree C. -HEAT RESISTANCE (HR) a) Grade HR (T1) : For carrying hot coarse materials upto 125degC and hot fine materials upto 100degC. b) Grade SHR (T2) : For carrying hot coarse materials upto 150 degC and hot fine materials upto 100degC. c) Grade SHR 180 : Excellent heat resistance and moderate abrasion resistance characteristics and is recommended upto 180C for coarse and 150C for fine material. -CHEMICAL RESISTANCE(CR) : Resistant to chemically activated materials in fertilizer and chemical industries (Ammonium sulphate(granular) Acid Phosphates, Common Salt, Powdered Urea Etc). TEMPERATURE – MAXIMUM 70 degree C. -OIL RESISTANCE(OR) : Suitable for carrying materials which leave residues of fat and oil. TEMPERATURE – MAXIMUM 70 degree C.

PVC DIAMOND TOP BELTS: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single or two plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be checkered pattern to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used in Bag Checking Conveyor, Treadmills etc. PVC ROUGH TOP BELTS: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with two or three plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be of super grip PVC as in the image to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used when there is elevation in conveyor from ground level. - We give site belt mounting and site joining services. Joining can be finger-spliced or using fasteners .
